Had a right laugh at this place! Room was spot on, clean and comfy, and brekkie was lush with loads of choice. Just a bit too warm for me in the loft, but they'd sorted a fan out quick. Deffo coming back, mate!

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great walk-in shower. Breakfast was diverse and well-cooked. Some common areas needed better upkeep, and the noise from surrounding rooms could disturb sleep. If these aspects improve, it could be an excellent spot for a family getaway.

What's great and what's not
Wonderful hosts who offered custom breakfast options. The location was convenient, just a 3-4 minute walk to the beach and nearby amenities.
Parking can be challenging during peak times, making it somewhat inconvenient with vehicles.

The location was marvellous, for example, an open-air museum was not too far from the hotel. The staff were perfect and setting is in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very chatty.

Lovely stay with awesome hosts!
Andy and Kat were super friendly and made brekkies that were delish. The room was spacious and clean, just a bit noisy from above-sounded like a dance party! The aquarium was a hit with my daughter. They even had special diet menus, nice touch. Parking was a bit tricky though.

Kat was super friendly, the location is perfect being close to the sea but quiet at night. Breakfast was amazin with a full english and loads of fresh options. The room was really spacious and comfy, had a nice shower, and the whole place smelt fresh! Definitely coming back next summer!
The bathroom door was a bit tricky to close and it got really hot in the room at night. Coulda used a fan.

great stay but exterior needs attention
The location is convenient, just a short walk to the beach. The breakfast options were really good, offering a delicious full English alongside fresh fruit. Kat, the host, was very friendly and accommodating, our needs were met throughout our stay. I echo a fellow guest's sentiments that the breakfast was good with good variety.
Some areas, such as the exterior cleanliness, could use improvement.

We enjoyed our stay with a large group, easily accessing the fun at Skegness Model Village and the lively onsite bar for some evening games of darts. The walk-in shower was excellent.
My wife says that the kettle didn't fit under the tap, tricky for tea mornings.
